I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, a quiet city nestled in the middle of a rustic state. Life growing up was slow. After high school, I decided that I had had enough of the open fields and lollygagging, so I made the big move across the country to a whole new way of life. I found myself a student of history at Oberlin College in the unanimously exalted state of Ohio. Now, you might be wondering how I, an uncooked jellybean with a history major, and creative writing minor (I might add), plan to make it in the world of cinema? Well, simply put, the same way you made it: some good ol' moxie.
Some qualities that might be of interest to you that I've inherited from no one but my own effort —well, I suppose maybe my parents had something to do with it at some point along the way— include: reading and critical analysis, promptness, fetching things (I was an excellent dog in another life, im sure of it), organizational skills, and various others I can pick up on the spot but will claim to have known the whole time.
What, ultimately, is the purpose of this website? Simply, and let me be earnest with you for 14 words, it's for you to see me and what I have to offer the world. I am a human. I have a story to share, as I believe we all do. I want to be a part of telling those stories.
And finally, ya want to know what Alexander Hamilton and I have in common? (2:53 Helpless, Hamilton)
